Inner Vision Opticians are an independent family run Opticians. Founded and run by Vikki who qualified in 2001, started her career at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Vikki gained expertise working in other hospital settings, low vision charities, eye tests domiciliary (eye tests at homes) as well as other well known high street opticians and independent opticians.

Vikki was also an accredited Optometrist working in the Commonwealth Games Birmingham 2022 Polyclinic, along with other volunteer medical professionals.

55 Micklegate (translates to ‘Great Street’ in Old Norse) has been home to Opticians since the 1930s, previously Mr Heath followed by Mr Hardcastle and Rayners.

We are very proud to continue this tradition and look forward to welcoming you to Inner Vision Opticians.
